Make a bid for the next medicon!
Take it to the next level by organizing a Medicon at your college! Write to us at info[at]informer.org.in and we shall provide you with more details.

MEDICON is a travelling students' conference. Each year a different set of INFORMER members, from a different medical college, from a different part of the country, take up the responsibility to host it. Those who wish to organize medicon will need to make a formal bid to president of INFORMER. The bid can be made through an email to info@informer.org.in.

The decision regarding which college gets to host, is a competitive process which is made by the executive committe based on a range of factors, some of which are:

    1. The team spirit and co-ordination of the students making the bid.
    2. The willingness of the College authorities to host the conference.
    3. The location and facilities provided by the college.
    4. Popular vote by INFORMER members.

Only existing INFORMER members are eligible to make a bid. The shortlisted bidders will be allowed to make a presentation at the General body meeting to facilitate the decision. The decision of the Chairman of the GBM will be final.
