Withdrawal of Registration
If due to some unforeseen reasons the participant is unable to participate in the conference and wishes to withdraw his or her application, he/she may do so with a request addressed to the organizing secretary in writing.
Withdrawal of application is permitted till 30th April 2010 only and no refund will be given after that. Those who withdraw their application before 31 March will be refunded 50% of their application fee.
Any conflicts arising with regard to payment/refund of registration fee will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Organizer.
